There is literally no way that this could be "the worst thing to happen" in this instance. It can only be good. What it means is that he is in total control now, of Nintendo's two biggest markets. What it means is, that NOJ and NOA will always be on the same page about everything, there will be no lapses in communication or anything like that, because he will be making final decisions (pretty much all CEO's actually do) for both major regions. NOJ has always let NOA be semi-autonomous in their actions or decisions alot of the time. I don't think that's going to be the case as much anymore, and to me, that's fine.
