Ha, another lost exclusive for Xbox lawlz!!!!!!!!!!!! well technically the game came out in Japan on PS3 so not really an exclusive I guess. 

It's no surprise either way. The mainline Tales games always end up on a Sony platform. Those that initially released on any other platforms, not just Xbox, have ended up on Playstation in a more complete state with extra content and features. Phantasia, Symphonia, Vesperia, Graces, Innocence, and Hearts are all evidence. All the other games were exclusives. Abyss ended up on the 3DS later but it's actually a downgrade from PS2 which is disappointing...

The studio is very attached to Playstation. Other platforms pretty much get beta versions and sidegames...
