Once online ordering came about, I never call anymore. If I place it myself, I know the order was placed right.

Same here.  It's quicker, I can play around with my order without feeling like I'm taking up someone's time, and they get my order exactly the way I specificed.

Though I'm not a big fan of Papa Johns, I do think they have the best online ordering system.  Followed by Pizza Hut.

This app however looks like it does a good job, making it easy to do.
