I was at a friends apt awhile back and he ordered Pizza Hut. The dough wasn't even fully cooked so he called and complained. He took the semi half eaten pizza back (we were still hungry) and got another one. That pizza was a little more cooked but dough still looked undercooked to me. He still orders from them sometimes and says he chooses the option well done. Apparently, Pizza Hut cooks their pizzas like steaks and assumes people like medium rare dough.
