Super Smash Bros N64 - I had one friend that could win even when the 3 other opponents were trying to kill him first. Granted, we all improved, but he was a legend at the time. So infuriating.
Demon's Souls - Learning curve + last boss.
Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield - just generally frustrating multiplayer maps.
