I love the Batman Arkham games. Easily my favorite HD games of the the seventh generation. The announcement of a handheld spinoff is pretty exciting as well, if only to see what Armature has been up to.

Batman would easily make my list if Rocksteady were the developers. As it is I'm keeping the hype on the backburner until more details and gameplay trailers get released. 

Understandable. As for me, I very much like what I see so far. :)
