I think its to discourage trading in with amazon....as its a online retailer and it would be a plain hassle.
Its a damn shame seeing my own people being so bad with money. You spent full price on a game and are willing to get back such a depreciated value.
Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.
