People need historical perspective with Bush Jr. Wait 20 years or so then develop an opinion on his terms in office. Putting him next to Nixon and Buchanan is just ridiculous at this point. Lyndon Johnson is pretty bad too considering the way he effectively promoted welfare (I believe we only had 1 million recipients before him) and tried to end poverty to the detriment of everyone (projects anyone?). Buchanan wins it in my book because his incompetence and lack of interest in preventing civil war caused the greatest loss of life in American history.
