Amazon only offering 25 cents for ‘Gears of War: Judgment’ trade-ins

There is definitely an error.  Trying to list one for sale results in this message--"IMPORTANT MESSAGE:
 **Please note: The item for which you have attempted to create a listing is a restricted item."

 

Yep i guarantee there is an error because there is absolutly no way it is $0.25.
