PS3 never made a comeback! PS3 has consistently outsold X360

I can see a very clear difference before and after late 2009. The first three years are a joke compared to the last four. I think there is no doubt it turned things around.

I guess the same thing can be said about the X360 then, since it started to sell more after 2010 (I think it was). Why isn't anyone talking about the comeback X360 did?

1st, it wasn't nearly as pronounced, especially the baseline outside the holiday season.

 

2nd, the word comeback wouldn't make sense in the 360's context, because it never "fell" and then came back like from from PS2 to PS3. It just went from shitty to good. That's not a comeback.

In that sense PS3 NEVER made a comeback and never will, since it will never sell as much as PS2... The PS4 on the other hand...
