I really don't know either. I am no expert to tell and solve this error of Microsoft kinect. I hope you can conatct them through mail or even phone them about this matter. Microsoft's Kinect was supposed to be the next popular trend when it comes to input devices for your computer. But as it turns out, a 3-D motion controller known as the Leap Motion may be even more exciting. But I think it doesnt turn out that way. I read it here: Microsoft Xbox Kinect
