The second of the three patents I believe is the likely device. Two of them look exactly alike, only the second version varies. The main difference is that the lens area is covered.
If this is the design for Kinect for Xbox 8, and not the Windows version or just simply a Web cam, then I believe some evidence of the actual design of Xbox 8 can be gleaned from it.
