Obviously you've never played around with user-generated content before. While most of it is crap, there will be shining examples of people really using the XNA tools creatively.
This opens up an entire new world for XB users... I think it's rampant fanboyism to act like it's nothing to be excited about. It's certainly more exciting to me than a wanna-be Second Life or another high-profile game with user-created levels.
I'll be downloading XNA myself soon, that's for sure.
