I don't think fixing the screen will cost you too much money so I'd just get the Vita and do a screen repair on the iPhone and use it until it blows up. People are spending too much money on phone upgrades these days even when their old ones work just fine, not to mention electronics are pretty expensive in Brazil so I'd look into repairing your phone for sure and save the extra cost on phones for gaming.
