I don't think making "mature" games would be all that hard for them...
They could revive an old IP like Gumshoe or Mach Rider...
Or make a new Urban Champion...
They saw how great the Kid Icarus revival worked out...
They have an immense number of forgotten IP's they could make feel brand new...
If that's too much of a risk, they could just come up with a new IP...
