So PS3 is kicking Wii U's butt now. It will not take long before Wii U is trailing behind 360 and if it happens so early, the sales difference will be huge. No way Wii U will light up the charts later like PS360 did. Good job, Nintendo.

But 3DS is raping Vita in return, so it all evens out.

And besides, Nintendo isn't losing nearly as much on Wii U as Sony lost on PS3...

Really? Do you have the numbers without the 3ds?

I don't see how another product evens anything out, but hey. If it makes you feel better.

Wii U ain't doing good, nowhere near good in fact, but it's not losing money like the PS3 did, so it's doing much better in that regard.

And what numbers are you refering to?

You are the one who said Nintendo is not losing as much on Wii U as Sony lost on PS3. I thought that you had some numbers to show, do you?

Well, PS3 originally sold at a $600 price point, but they soon cut that price to $400, so that's a minimum lose of $200, and Reggie has said that buying ONE game for Wii U makes it profitable for Nintendo... And that's about all the numbers I've got.

So, how much Sony has lost on PS3 as of today? How much Nintendo has profited from Wii U as of today? That does include the R&D costs. I am very interested in hearing that. Oh wait, you just thought that Nintendo saying "it takes more than ONE game to be profitable" equals profit. I see.
