Then they would have gone after Samsung like Apple considering Samsung is one of the most successful Android phone producers. It appears Samsung is unwilling to sign such agreement. I'm calling BS on Microsoft. Although I am sure Samsung uses contract manufacturers like Foxconn (hell I'd be surprised if Foxconn didn't make a Samsung product).

Samsung has been paying MS for the patent licenses since late 2011.

Ah I don't see why the article didn't list them when they list Acer, HTC, and others.

Yeah that was strange.

They do this with every manufacturer and they all agreed. And probably for a reason.
The only (big) one left is Google.
