COD:MW3 is $59.99 on XBLA/PSN and it was released on: 11.08.2011.
Almost a year and a half after it was released it didn't drop a dime on XBLA/PSN.
Guess who is going to have monopoly of the digital market when used games are banned?

Retail it is 35 to $40.  Retail is what we are talking about, not digital.

Jay you know the price is $35-40 because the used market is cohercing the retailers to do so. A person has a choice to buy it used for $10 dollars on Amazon.

Disagree.  It helps boost sales when price drops come in. Same reason valve drops prices of games on steam over time.  XBLA and PSN works differently because they haven't been as successful as valve yet with digital.  XBLA has been doing sales like valve as of late and PSN has introduced people to PSN+ so it should help them doing things like this.
