honestly i think MS is pulling a sony for the moment. up until the reveal sony communicated 4Gb of ram to developers and then raised it to 8 (or 7 or whatever). i'll bet MS is just saying for the moment that devs have 4Gb and once they make their official reveal they'll get more.
