The most annoying characters (and voices of characters) in gaming

[The Fury]

Snow from FFXIII. God he annoyed me.

And Star Ocean does well on the annoying voices and characters, Peppita from 3 and Lymle from 4.
I just checked wiki of these games to check spelling, how on earth was Lymle meant to be 15?
