Complex worlds usually have more bugs. And think Fallout/TES felt the Ram limitations of 360/PS3 more than most games. I hope that with new possibilites on next gen hardware (hopefully a fresh new engine too) and PC/PS4/720 exclusivity their next games will not be as broken as they have been. I think especially Bethesda games will breath alot easier next gen.
