I just had a thought. The rumour mill was heavily indicating that Microsoft was going to release an 'ultimate' 360 with built-in HD DVD just prior to the Warner announcement. How easy do you think it would be for them to release an 'ultimate' Blu-Ray 360?
It would stick with their mantra of choice and surpass what the PS3 offers, due to the 360's large game-quality advantage.
