You got a source saying that PS4 CONSOLES WILL have 7 gb of ram available?

The closest thing I've seen to that is that the DEV KITS MIGHT have 7 gb of ram.

There are many reasons why dev kits would have more ram than release consoles, and it was merely a rumour
