It was a matter of time before the Gears passed GoWA. Gears is just a bigger game. Sony games tend to have better legs though and it could eventually swing back around.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Well I'm sorry but it fucking true.

GT5- undertracked

Uncharted 3 - undertracked

God of War III - undertracked 

I don't see why God of War Acsension isn't undertracked if those games are. I mean there were giving the God of War Saga free with God of War Acesenion and it was still number 1 in many retailers including gamestop but somehow the sales dropped by 80% in the second week in U.S.A?.. God of War Ascension is also getting strong word of mouth despite mediocre reviews.

God of War has dropped like a stone after mediocre opening sales on the european charts.  I'm guesing its fairly well tracked.


Let's just wait for NPD...and for the exception of God of War III no God of War has ever been big in Europe. And God of War Ascension had very little marketing and hype in Europe compared to NA.
