It's actually shipped 9.2 million compies by Sept 2012 so I think it should be sitting around the 9.5 million mark now and will pass 10 million by the end of the year becoming the 5th 10 million seller. GTA V will hopefully become the 6th and the new COD should become the 7th (sadly)
