I want Sony to release more collections on the Vita. Maybe I was brainwashed by Nintendo re-releasing / remaking their games on handhelds but I'd rather play Ratchet & Clank or Jak & Daxter (God of War, Sly, Crash... you get it) collections on the Vita than on my PS3.

A new Ratchet and Clank might sell me on Vita (if it's a real one not like Secret Agent Clank, A4O, or FFA).

Cheaper memory cards would've sold me long ago to be honest. I want my PSP collection to be on this device (my PSP Go broke last year and there's still some games I haven't played yet) but I don't intend to go the "play - delete - download new game" route and buy a small memory card. It just sounds like a chore. I want 16GB minimum. 32GB would be ideal (but that one's €85 on Amazon... hell no.)
