That would open a whole new can of worms. I'm not really sure who is there in the veil though. Like are the originals and there whole bloodlines there. If they come back, then I seriously don't see it being good for the main characters.

I think they would because didn't they say that any supernatural being would be able to come back. So, the originals, anna, vicki, alaric(maybe if that counts), probably jeremy, and many more would come back. Idk if they would bring them all back, but I would like to see some characters like anna and jeremy come back. And maybe that will be a way to get all the originals back for The Originals when it starts.

I honestly don't want jeremy or alraic back. They were important people to elena and she has to deal with their losses head on when she turns on her emotion again. I don't want her to all of a sudden turn back her emotions because her brother is back, to me it wouldn't be good for elena, she needs to truly grow and live on with all her sorrows thus becoming an even stronger person.

I just really like alaric. He was one of my favorite characters on the show. They probably killed him off because he went to do Cult for CW also, which is already cancelled like 5 eps in. I like jeremy too, but I could do without him.
Anna and vicki are the two I think they should bring back and Lexi, who I also liked but damn Damon had to go and kill her.
