You should be aware of what you post on the internet when you willingly remove yourself from anonymity. You are essentially a spokesperson for the company you work for when you post on those social media sites as they're inherently pervasive, and you must be careful not to damage the reputation of the company. Might as well yell profanities into a megaphone at your friends while out in public and then complain that your privacy and freedom of speech are being impeded upon when you're fined.
