it would take TOO much time, also it wouldnt work since people are VERY bais against each other here depending on what console a user likes. so for example of a xbox fan goes up then the sony fans would slaughter him with votes, and vise versa 

Yeah, that's also the problem I see, but not seeing certain users getting permabanned despite their best effort enrages me everytime I see them active after a 10-day ban again :/
