So let me get this straight...

Xbox360 Mini or Mini60
- Can play 360 games on demand
- Can play Arcade and Indy 360 games
- Will require an internet connection to stream TV content (of course)
- Will provide a way for Durango to play retail 360 games
- Is much like a 360 but with no Disc Drive
- Will cost between 99$ and 150$
- Target audience is non hardcore gamers and non gamers
- Will play Kinect games

Durango
- Is the new Xbox with next gen hardware
- Can do whatever the Mini60 can
- Will need Mini60 to play retail 360 games
- Will cost between 400$ and 500$
- Target audience is both hardcore and non hardcore gamers

Question
- will Durango play Arcade, Indy and 360 games on demand without Mini60?
- Will Mini60 come with Kinect? (Though I think it'll cost 99$ w/o Kinect and 149.99$ wKinect)
- Will Mini60 play new Kinect 2 Arcade games
- Will Illumiroom be compatible with Mini60

- will Durango play Arcade, Indy and 360 games on demand without Mini60

no.

- Will Mini60 come with Kinect? (Though I think it'll cost 99$ w/o Kinect and 149.99$ wKinect)

leak says nothing about it (probably not - kinect2 will be like kinect, just better)

- Will Mini60 play new Kinect 2 Arcade games

how would we know? but i doubt it. mini60 is mini60 and nothing more. it's most probably not upwards compatible (despite being able to connect to durango).

- Will Illumiroom be compatible with Mini60

look, we have another leak here by vgleaks. almost all of your questions can't be answered because the leak doesn't say anything to it. how would we know better than vgleaks? do we even know illumiroom will arrive at launch? no.

Just wait for the official announcement.

Thanks for trying to answer but those are questions I ask myself and am waiting for answers from MS (eventhough all of this is just a rumor).

I also wonder if Mini60 will be able to play Durango games through the clouds with a system like Gaikai. This would be great and I would understand that you'd need an always on connection to play your games and it would also prevent used games.

Durango could also play 360 games through that same service and again require an always on connection to play these games. This way both would play both library but in different ways at different prices.
