If the new small Xbox device does not have a disk drive (not able to display DVD and BluRay), what advantages would it have over a normal receiver (does it even have the capabilities to serve as a reciever?). Currently I imagine it as a glorifies streaming device (will you still have to pay for XBL gold to be able to access Netflix etc?) with the capability of playing arcade games and Xbox360 games (if it doesn't include a HDD you'll HAVE to buy a Durango to be able to play those...). I think I'll need a lot more info before even attempting to judge this device...
