If you're too conscious of yourself then this is the only solution I can find. It should make you forget your own body and focus on those external things.


That's just it though I can't concentrate cause I'm always thinking of everything. It never ends


I don't know if this was posted or not because I wanted to write you write away.

You might not like this idea, and it takes a while to get used to, but you NEED to start journaling. I'm dead serious, it helps me.

Just open a blank Word document and start typing. Type till you can't think of anything else to type. If it takes 4 hours, so be it.

Do this everyday. Get the random worthless annoying ass thoughts out of your brain and on "paper".

It helps to "clear up" the subconcious.

You have to journal everyday. Set a time to do it everyday; do it multiple times a day if necessary.
