I get everything you said in the OP. I was experiencing VERY similar (though perhaps less extreme) symptoms to those you describe: I had to stretch my neck, tense different muscles in my body etc. etc.
Coming from someone that smokes a lot of pot, I would definitely say that it's not going to solve your problem. What will help is doing some intense physical exercise 3 or so times a week. Running, swimming...sweating and actually USING those friggin' muscles of yours will help - I guarantee it.
