Also responding to the point you made about Nintendo's quality being better as of late. If you think about it this is the first time since the NES they have not had to "rush" games to the market to keep demand afloat. SSBB is a great example if the Wii was selling like the 64 or GC then I can bet that SSBB would have seen a Fall launch and Galaxy would have been released in August. This extra time they are about to get now is allowing them to put extra care into each game.

Wii- 72 million 3rd Year Peak, better slate of releases
360- 37 million Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak
PS3- 29 million Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut
