Guessed the name of the prequel correctly then.
Also guessing that following this, a fourth and final game in the series in named 'Arkham Flames' or 'Arkham Fires'. This is base don a bit of speculation and wishful thinking. It fits in with what Azrael said to Batman in one of the Arkham City side-quests, and also with my hope that Prometheus is the main villain of the game, as the son the Joker and Harley Quinn.
