Can't comment on PS1, so I would say N64. Probably PS1 as well. Maybe the disc format helped it age better; maybe it actually hindered it. Depends on whether you consider pre-rendered cutscenes better than real-time ones, especially back then.
Even beyond that, I'd say N64 just for the controller. The trident is no Dualshock.
