Hell, you have Blizzard selling millions of their games that cannot be played unless your PC is hooked to the internet but that has not stop those games from selling. Is everyone really all that against online only for their next console. |
You can run Steam offline actually. There is a connect once regarding things. But, unlike what is being said with the next Microsoft console, if you lose connections after a few minutes of play, the program will shut down, and try to reconnect.
