I think that whole myth about sitting close to the tv being bad for your eyes only applies to CRT TV's. I mean I'm always on my laptop, and I play a lot of video games, and my vision is 20/15.


Its probably a TV/Plasma not a computer monitor. It's the size of it that would be a problem for sitting close up and it being pointed upwards, not really just because she is close to it lol. With a laptop, that's not an issue because the screen is smaller and much easier to focus on and not have to refocus with a lot of movement.

I am just looking at it, she looks about my size and I'm 5'0 ._. That would kill my neck for sure and I am in pain just thinking about it lol..

Most people play games or watch a 38" TV sitting a little farther back. They don't usually sit under it for that reason.
