During Christmas I had two of my 360's kick the bucket with RRoD...
I thought, here goes the experience...
I waited until after the holidays, and phoned to send them in...
I phoned on January 3rd, Received the boxes for both on January 8th. Sent them back and received them back from Microsoft on January 21st.
Now the kicker... Yesterday I received another courier notice... I went down, and picked it up, and wow... Another 360!... It seems if you send two there must be a possibility to get a third one free!
I see a lot of bad press about Microsoft and RRoD experiences. Mine turned out to be a net profit of one 360. Now, I have an extra spare 360 for the next time it happens (I had 5, now I have 6)! I can start a 360 store!
