I think people need to read up on what bottleneck means before posting.
Of course the PS4 is going to reach point where certain pieces of hardware is going to bottleneck the rest.. but this won't happen for a while.
And he was NOT talking about overall power (resolution, FPS and all that jank), but was explaining about the technical decisions made to create the machine. Sony created a balanced piece of hardware with efficiency in mind. That is all.
