Sony bought Ericcson's interest in Sony Ericcson.  So, there is no Sony Ericcson anymore, there is just Sony an Ericcson. 

even if there would be still a sony ericsson it would have nothing to do with ericsson.  that's as if you would say ericsson bought gaikai.

I agree, I was stating simply that Sony and Ericcson are two different companies, and Sony Ericcson was purchased in whole by Sony.
