What XBox exclusives would causes you to stick with Microsoft if they only have always on and block used games?

at this point it doesnt matter, M$ has basically solidified itself as being #2 for my purchases. Which means in about 2 years or so i will get one, the always online thing might delay it a year or so more depending the area i live in then and the internet access available.
