Tales PS Vita games haven’t been brought to North America due to poor sales

The voice actors in Japan apparently only license their vocals for use in the Japanese market. So even just subbing the game, would require re licensing all the vocals. I don't get why they don't just use N64 language and go "blu blu blu" to everything XD
