I know what you're talking about though. The AI in Forza will ram right though you when it could easily turn slightly to avoid you. But I do like that Forza AI seem to play and react like a real player might. While the GT AI feels very much like I'm playing an AI. Either way, with real players is arguably the best way to go on either game. |
Compare now with the near perfect Forza 3 AI and you will understand what I'm talking about... the GT5's AI was bad (close to Forza 4's AI) until be fixed in patch 1.xx after that the AI is the most close I see in a console for the Forza 3's AI (I really love this AI).
The driving physics is better in Forza 3 than Forza 4... in any case this feature is the bigest pro in GT5... even PC sims have to work hard to match GT5 in driving physics.
Simulators is like wine... the older a wine is, better... but Forza 4 is a step back in racing simlulator and a step forward in racing game (maybe they are changing the game to be a better game instead a better sim but it seems like the sales dropped a lot).
PS. I just don't talk about Forza because the guys here thinkg I'm parcial due GT but I know what GT5 did good and what it did bad... same for Forza 4, Forza 3, and others sims in PC/consoles.
