Do you have atleast HD TV?
because HD console without HD TV is a worthless purchase.
x360 has most pc games, running good.
some good exlusives (not much).
BUT it also has RROD. And till summer, when Jaspar(new model) comes i wouldn`t advice you to get x360.
And near GTA4 release there should be some attractive bundles/deals.

when there will be 40GB(or 160GB for 399$) model with BC and dualshock + bundled with MGS4 or PES2009 - get it!
till now, you also should wait.
