just because most don't have a stronger gpu doesn't mean that people who talk about a "weak" ps4 gpu (or other next gen console) don't already have a stronger system.
there could be also a lot of second systems in the stats and obviously also a lot of systems from people in south america and stuff, would be interesting to see only those countries the consoles are also strong in and when the ps4 releases, not half an year before.
i mean, even you could be part of these stats even when you aren't a pc gamer.

Well impossible I'm not a PC gamer... so I never installed the Steam in my notebook.
The fact is less than %5 of the gamers or better only the high enthusiastic gamers had a GPU equal or better than HD 7970/GTX 680... the gamers buys GPU that cost less than $150... so you can be sure the HD 77xx and GTX 66x are the most sellers GPUs for gamers.

Of course, more power and cost means less popularity. There are still quite a lot of people who have more powerful GPUs already and by the time we hit PS4 launch, that number should be above 10%.

Wise words there. It's not really a small percentage by any means, considering that the console has not been released.
Also, for comparison's sake, the PS4's GPU might be comparable to a GeForce GTX660Ti (this by judging the UE4 demo). And the numbers up there are interesting, because more people have GTX670s than 660s :P
