No. Micrososfts biggest MISTAKE ever was Windows M.E. - Vista, Windows 8... All gold plated in comparison, in the console market it has to be the RROD.
Sony's was easily the exploding battery fiasco, console wise, the PS3 launch was one giant mistake, it could have been allot more elegant and smoother and cheaper.
Nintendo... Virtual Boy. Enough said.
These companies have all equally made stuff ups, none is better than the other, they sure as hell didn't send me cake and flowers when I bought their respective consoles.
