1. I have never had a dependable internet connection since I got internet in 2001 across continents and via dial-up, DSL, and cable so I never get how people act like always on is no big deal. I lived in metropolitan areas with millions population and still an issue.
2. I love playing game against people. Multi-player can be a joy. However, my experience online is those people are the minority or very quiet. What I experienced in my attempts are spam, gibberish and staggering amount of racist homophobic ignorant insults. So, commnities have been hard for me to find and until I ever belong to a decent one in a game that view will hold. (Online gaming experience has been action, shooter, simulation and sport titles)
