Tekken - Fighting games in general has been on a decline
Crash Bandicoot - Different developer, lost quality.
Kingdom Hearts - Hasnt been a numbered sequel yet.
Persona 4 - Lol that is like comparing Halo Wars and Halo 3. Not even the same game.
Final Fantasy - JRPG's are on the decline and FFXIII was poorly made.
Metal Gear SOlid - Rising and Solid are two completely different series. Wait for Phantom Pains before making a statement like that
Grand Theft Auto - The are 40k apart so pretty even and GTAIV still is selling.
Devil May Cry - Change of character equals big backlash.
Tomb Raider - Just came out and has already sold around 1.5m
Dead or alive - Once again fighting is on the decline. Also Dead or Alive was also for DreamCast
Most of these are easily explained and I would say that ther is far many more success stories with multiplat than failures. Failures has been the lack of innovating for the most part excluding DMC which was because people hate the new Dante And by the way, a few opf these was already multiplatform. Sony just isnt as successful as what they were with the PS1 and PS2
