Yup. It's pretty much a lost cause. Why waste their time/money marketing in a country that does not sell. Japanese gamers love their RPG's and (most) prefer Japan orientated games. Xbox is better known for their shooters and western games. It will always be a niche to own an Xbox in Japan because hardly anyone cares for it there.
